I left Moorestown in April, 1981 and spent the next 25 years as a member of the US Air Force. My tours included 5 or so years in Europe, mainly Germany along with assignments in St. Louis and Boston and a one year tour in Oman during Desert Shield I. My final two postings were Sydney and Canberra, Australia where I worked for nearly 10 years. I “retired” from the military in September 2006. I've been working at the US Embassy with the Department of State for 15 years. Working my way to retirement in 2023 and then a probable move to Queensland to spend more time with the family.
